This specification covers one grade of petrolatum for use as a light lubricating grease.

VV-P-236A is a petrolatum intended for use as a light grade of lubricating grease. It is not recommended for use as a lubricant in heavily loaded or hot running bearings. It may be used as a constituent in certain types of rust preventative compounds. It is not to be used as a remedy, medicine or lubricant for the human body.
